Overview

At Still Services, we go beyond typical HVAC and plumbing work. From replacing HVAC systems to installing water heaters, our master plumbers and technicians bring 22 years of experience to every job—big or small.

Hours

Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Services outside of these times are considered emergency and may incur additional fees.

Labor Billing

1–30 minutes: billed at 0.5 hour
31–60 minutes: billed at 1 hour
61–90 minutes: billed at 1.5 hours

Agreement Period

Term: One year from enrollment. Renews automatically unless canceled via email (Members@stillservices.com) or mail (P.O. Box 2 Easthampton, MA 01027).

Pricing

Annual cost: $519.48. Paid upfront the first year. Future payments may be split monthly. No refunds for early cancellation. Twelve-month commitment required.

Eligibility

Residential customers only. Membership must be confirmed before benefits begin.

Included Services

Initial Visit & Evaluation: Conducted within 10 business days; includes 1.5-hour walkthrough of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and basic home needs.

Post Evaluation Reports: Provided after each evaluation or service visit.

Temporary Rentals: Includes one-room AC or heating rental during replacements.

Additional Terms

Affiliate Discounts: Affiliate perks are subject to change. A regularly updated partner list is provided separately.

Payment Terms: Discounts apply only to the member account and are non-transferable. Reflected at time of service.

Membership Duration: Valid for one year. Must renew annually to maintain benefits.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions.

Limitation of Liability: Liability limited by law. Not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms: We may update terms at any time. Members will be notified of major changes.

Exclusive Service Provider Clause: Using another provider for covered services voids this agreement immediately and terminates all associated benefits and warranties.
